Well, I haven't been on here in a while, have been so busy with so many things here and everywhere. At this very moment I am in MEXICO!!
Been here since yesterday, been traveling since Thanksgiving, first in Texas for a few a few days, and now we are in Mexico. Going several places starting from the north and ending up near Acapulco, in my husband's hometown of Xaltianguis. We are thoroughly enjoying ourselves and I will be back in North Carolina on the 14th or 15th of the month. We are heading southward next Tuesday and I am looking forward to staying over in one of those colonial towns! And then on to the south and see my mother-in-law! She is terrific and is excited to see us and I cannot wait for some of her authentic Mexican good home cooking!!
Will post pics if I have a chance-If not I will when I get home-I am having such a good time I may not have time to post pics til then!!
