And sometimes, food retailers try to fake us out. Take orange roughy for instance. The real name of the fish is the slimehead. But who in their right minds would eat something called slimehead. So they started calling it orange roughy, charging ten times as much for it, and it has become a delicacy. To me, it's always gonna be a slimehead.

However, we currently have Belk and Brooks Brothers and Macy's so why should I bother to construct my own clothing? Same with food. For the most part, food comes almost ready to eat from a grocery store or truly ready to eat from a restaurant. Anything that takes too much preparation in order to digest it is a waste of time and energy for me.
