poor kitty
Published Nov. 23, 2008I took my cat to the vet today. She had a bad infection on her ear and now has to wear the Elizabethean collar (E-collar) until the ear is better. It's making for some interesting entertainment in our household.
All I can say is that we have one unhappy kitty who is attempting to keep us all awake tonight!
Anyone have any luck getting your pets to wear these collars?
(This isn't is our cat, by the way. This one looks much more mellow than ours at the moment.)

After what is it, 5 days or so (what you are told by the vet) you take it off and they are glad as heck. Make sure they can still access their food (change the containers if need be).
We had the stiff plastic type on ours. I don't know if they have changed to paper or other materials now.
