Published Nov. 22, 2008Ok, I am a Pink Floyd nut, and Dylan etc...sheet, I just like music. In 1989, Floyd did "Delicate Sound Of Thunder" and played at Carter-Finley in Raleigh. I have seen dozens of concerts, including Jimi at Dorton, Janice at UNC, David Gilmore and Floyd were the best. This is a great DVD if you can find it. I had to order mine from Australia. Was anyone else there at Carter?

I just got home from jamming at my buddy's house that's a drummer. We had another guy come that plays bass and guitar and he sings. We may also have a female vocalist next week. I had a great time tonight - we just may have the makings of a new rock-n-roll band. my fingers are soo sore right now but what a jam, I wish we'd have recorded it, some of it was really good.
I think I am going to learn to play "on the turning away" it's a great song and I think these guys I'm jamming with will like it
