Dear Golo Family,
I want to take a minute to say that I was really out of line last night. I blasted WheelerX5 for something she posted to my personal profile. I said some things that were way out of line and very unnecessary. The blog titled a Salute to WheelerX5 started out as anything but a salute. Well maybe it was a NY salute. I did not love my neighbor as I love myself the way Jesus tells us to. As I was getting ready to go to bed, I got a serious case of the guilts and the result of that was me removing all the negative things on my profile and on the blog. I then rewrote the blog to be an encouragement to Wheeler instead of tearing her down when she was already feeling down. I see some of the comments you guys wrote who were not privy to the original unedited version and I am saddened. You have given me praise for something that I feel ashamed of.
As anyone who clicks on my profile can tell you, I profess to be a Christian. I have four boys that I am trying to raise to be Christians. For those of you who have daughters, my goal is to raise my boys to be the boys you would want for your daughters to marry. I constantly get disturbed by people who call themselves Christians, only to drag His name through the mud. I do not want to be the person that people point at and say, “If that is what being a Christian is all about, then I don’t want to be one.” I want people to be able to point at me and say, “That is the way a Christian handles that situation.” Last night, you would not have known I was a Christian unless you went to my profile, for that, I humbly ask for your forgiveness.
