A bridge on Capital Boulevard did not suffer major structural damage Friday after a vehicle struck one of its legs, Raleigh police said.
Ahhhhh leave it to the media for a good laugh. Legs? Bridges don't have legs!! Pillars maybe, piers maybe, but not legs! Did anyone else blink twice when they read the headline?
