cary couple try to keep teen drivers safe

Drivers out there don't see entire vehicles in front of them. Do we really think that they'll see a little red sticker?? And assuming that drivers do see the sticker do we really think that it will make a difference in the way other drivers are driving? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
The Target Teen Safety program centers on red stickers that would let other drivers know that a teen is behind the wheel.
