He's not really doing a very good job, I agree.
The best place I've found to view this is on CNN.com. They carry it live, and I'm not seeing any delays or jitters.

Oh, and to start out an answer to a question on the economy with a meandering "energy independence" blather is flippin' nuts. He really HAS lost touch.
