pumpkin patch
Published Oct. 6, 2008I dont want to go back to hillridge farms this year, it's kinda lame.
Im wanting pumpkins still in the patch on the vines along with a farm and hayride.
Any suggestions ? I can do anything up to two hours a way from Raleigh

Now that I think about it, I went to Vollmer Farm when I was a kid, too -- it wasn't very big back then, but they did have pumpkins!

I haven't been there in awhile. It seems like I did a playgroup thing there and it was pretty cool. I don't remember pumpkins on the vine.
Hillridge got alittle to commercial. Too bad.

Located on Hwy 50 going towards McGees Crossroads. If you take 1010 till it dead ends into Highway 50. Take a right, go about two miles and you will see it on your left.
