pumpkin patch

I dont want to go back to hillridge farms this year, it's kinda lame.
Im wanting pumpkins still in the patch on the vines along with a farm and hayride.
Any suggestions ? I can do anything up to two hours a way from Raleigh

Other options - Ken's Corn Maize on Hwy 50 outside Garner. N o hayride, but lots of pumpkins, those air inflated jump toys (like at carnivals) and an optional 5 acre corn maize.
