not long now... halloween's coming!!!

How many of you go ALL OUT for halloween.. I LOVE IT!!! I mean picture this :strobe lights, 3 fog machines, and BUNCH of those little orange and black lights everywhere.. My subdivision has a hay ride and i always put on a show for the kiddies.. Not a chainsaw kinda show (to many small kids.. dont want to scar them for life) but like dress up and run around like a zombie.. Do you take your kids treat or treating.. YOU HAVE TO!! So many people have gotten away from that.. i hope alot of people do.. i used to love to go treat or treating...

oh, and someone had asked where it originated and ryoung (I believe) gave a great response. By the way, some of us still practice samhain (with a modern, commercialized twist, lol)! ;)

Going for the Trolley Ride in Raleigh. Do it every year.
One of the best times I've ever had at Halloween was a hike to the Moses Cone graveyard up on the Blue Ridge near midnight.
