I open the back door to step out on the deck and there are hundreds of slugs. They are on the deck, on the tables, on the walls, and a couple were on the door itself.
I hate these things.
I would strongly suggest that anyone planning on getting pregnant not come around my house for the next week or so because there is about to be so much toxic waste in the form of slug killer that I may end up on the EPA Superfund list.

Those dudes get up to 30 CM long. For us Americans, that’s almost a foot!
Also, check out the Pacific Banana Slug, an equally gross and fun-filled animal. The resemblence to a banana is striking, both size and color. I’ve actually seen one of those things and it gives me the willies even THINKING about it ....

I just went outside, trying to find some slugs, but found none. Moles love our yard. They tear it up so badly, that each morning, it looks like someone drove in our backyard with a car! It's terrible, yet I feel sorry for the moles. They are so small and cute.
My husband HATES them.
