okay so you all know I have a child with special needs.
he is in a new school this year to finish up pre school. He loves to learn and loves school but sometimes I worry about how he might be treated. this class he's in is mostly " normal kids " with some autistics. THe program and school is awesome but sometimes I still worry.
I was thinking of getting a camera small enough that would be pin size he could wear to record, so I know everything going on.
I know I cant protect him forever but remember he can't tell me if something bad has happened.
Your thoughts ?

15A‑287. Interception and disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications prohibited.
(a) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Article, a person is guilty of a Class H felony if, without the consent of at least one party to the communication, the person: Willfully intercepts, endeavors to intercept, or procures any other person to intercept or endeavor to intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication. (3) Willfully discloses, or endeavors to disclose, to any other person the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through violation of this Article;

I get that your intentions are good, but I'm pretty sure the legal dice are stacked against you here. I'd find out for sure one way or the other.
