palin's speech
Published Sep. 4, 2008I know why leftists are having so many problems with Governor Palin's speech before the Republican National Convention.
She used words like:
- honor
- family
- patriotism
- duty
- freedom
- resolve
- leadership
- pride in country
- strength
- hard work
- calling
- responsibility
- serving the common good
- reform
- competition
- victory
- reduce taxes
- reduce dependency
- sacrifice
- And most importantly, God
Those are words that leftists do not understand, concepts they do not believe in, and most of them can not even say those words without also invoking images of Hitler and Nazi Germany in some sort of bizarre knee-jerk reaction.
The leftists are so completely out of touch with the mainstream values of the Americans who make this country great that they can not even see the folly of their world view.
They are fools.
When McCain/Palin are elected this November, we are in for some serious upheavals to our society in the coming years. We will reduce dependency on oil, foreign or otherwise. We will remove the criminals from elected office, both Democrat and Republican. We will tell people that the age of entitlement is over. We will reduce federal government and put the responsibility of people's lives back on those people themselves and the communities and states in which we live. We will tell people that the reason they are supposed victims is because of their own actions and ignorance. We will return our country to the greatness it once possessed and to which it is destined.
And there will be hardships as the lazy. worthless scum of society who have been living off the public dole for so many decades -- whether they be welfare slime, corporate interests, government employees who do nothing but pad payrolls, special interest groups whose very existence is dependent on the forced redistribution of income, and others who so magnificently tear down this country with their own selfish wants -- are finally forced to provide for themselves, their families, and their communities in a cooperative effort to better the society in which we live.
We will return honor and honesty to our lives even over the objection of the leftists who will now have to actually contribute to the society in which they live.
We will start now and we will continue until the generations of Americans who make up our great land regain their sense of personal responsibility. We will continue to teach, train, lead, and mold minds into respecting what is right and what is wrong, and once again instill within them the concept that the violation of those absolute truths will result in shame. And we will keep it up, if necessary, until the last of the present leftists, those so entrenched in their own confused world that they will never change, finally die of old age, or exposure when they simply refuse to learn how to take care of themselves.

No, you didn't. Since you obviously didn't understand the question, I'll ask it slower and louder:
I F W E S T A R T E X P L O I T I N G A N W R N O W, H O W L O N G W I L L I T T A K E U N T I L W E C A N G E T S I G N I F I C A N T A M O U N T S O F O I L F R O M T H E R E ?
Note that I asked specifically about ANWR. What is your answer? Nice personal attack, by the way. I guess that's all you have when you have no answers or real arguments.

LIAR!
“Thanks lightfoot. And now we have an admission of just how close the leftist Democrats have moved towards the official Nazi policies while they still submit that Nazis were right on the political spectrum.” - Steve Crisp
PROVEN to be a liar, yet AGAIN.

Given that Republican VP choice Sarah Palin has minor kids at home, a mentally handicapped BABY, a minor unmarried teenager that’s knocked up, Crisp’s lack of criticism of her not staying home demonstrates his blatant hypocrisy yet AGAIN.

Ah, the semantic argument. A favorite of those on the losing side when their deceit has been exposed. I said, “As I recall, you said something to the effect…”. I wasn’t doing a word for word quote! Sheesh! I even qualified it with “taking care of family” (i.e. KIDS!!!). Twist it all you want, play the semantic game, but your dishonesty and hypocrisy is exposed yet again.
Regarding MY blog, your SPECIFICALLY said I would claim Feisty’s testifying was “all a crock”. But I didn’t. I addressed the argument and clarified my points. I asked follow-up questions. I’m ALWAYS willing to discuss. You only show up to insult, distract, and pontificate. It’s your nature. You do it all over GOLO. You even say you enjoy calling people names, yet then hypocritically claim to be a Christian. You're a proven fraud.

And not a word in Lightfoot's posts claiming you said anything about a mandate. He said: "you said somethign to the effect that women should be at home taking care of family rather than in the worksplace."
You said: "It should be her duty to remain out of the workforce in order to properly fulfill those responsibilities or raising children properly."
Other than "woman" vs. "mother" how does his summary of your stance vary from yours?

Yes, there IS something magical about the truth, isn't there?

You keep claiming that I said "woman" when I could not have made it more clear that the term I use is "mother.' Big difference there. But it is more convenient for you to twist words and lie.
I don't believe I connected you with any Nazi comment at all. And of course, the blog you cite is now gone so there is no way to back up your claim. But that would not stop you from repeating your drivel endlessly anyway.
As to feisty's blog, I have to go back and read it. But I suspect I stated -- if you actually had retorted back to her -- that your argument was invalid, not that you didn't make one.
Yep. went back and read it. Three total posts from me out of 141 total, the gist of all three is that you may read the Bible, but you do not understand it. By inference, I stated that your responses were simply wrong, which they were and still are.

No, you disagree with my exposing bad traits on the Republican side of the fence. And as you do with just about everyone you disagree with, you say they are lying, as if that magically makes your ridiculous statements true.
