could use some advice

I recently bought a house and now I'm in the process of fixing it up. My question is this: I have a 1/2 bath off the master bedroom. What should I go with as far as flooring? Ceramic Tiles,Peel and stick tiles,carpet,or hardwoods. I've never installed any of these.btw The bedrm will have a light beige carpet with Navahoe White walls.I plan to keep the house for at least the next 5-7 years. Thank you for any advice you can give.

I'd go with tiles; they last forever...well, almost.
