They also have tests where they ask you questions about bad stuff in life you may have engaged in, such as lying, and that test assumes that if you don't admit to having done or experienced some bad stuff, you don't tell the truth about things very easily, if at all. The problem with psychological testing is the "psychology" part: they make assumptions that may not be true.

I don't think this testing is fair, myself.
People can ALWAYS lie/cheat on tests.

The trick to the test is this: the Abel test (which, if you read the title bar, is EXACTLY what this "Diana Screen" is) doesn't care what your answers are to the arousal questions.
What, then, does the test do to accurately measure your inappropriate sexual attractions?
It measures HOW LONG IT TAKES YOU TO RATE THE PICTURE. If you're sexually attracted to children or if rape excites you, the theory is that you'll look at those images LONGER, and the rating question is a distraction so you won't catch on to what they're really doing.
TO DEFEAT THE ABEL TEST: Answer all questions at a regular timing interval.
