LOL, Mom...You know how my week has been, so I'm all for the hammer. Fortunately my mil is a living doll and has been just terrific this week, so that's one less stressor I've got to deal with. (Now the ex's mom? THAT is a waaaaaaay different story...ha ha)

You need boxing gloves, bag gloves will do. Then just pound away. Doesn't matter what you hit, it won't hurt your hands. Remember to keep your wrists straight, though, and thumbs in.
