do you check your receipts for errors?

I don't know if you all saw the story today about a Kmart and Rite-Aid being fined for excessive price-scanning errors, but it's worth a look.
I check my receipts when the amount just seems too high, but there are times I don't check at all. I wonder how much of my hard earned money I've lost this way.
Anyway, the Kmart is located at 6200 Capital Blvd. The Rite-Aid is at 2850 Capital Blvd.
Just thought I'd pass that along.
