tomato-tortellini soup

Hey everyone... we just got done having this for supper and it was so good that I wanted to share it with you. It is very creamy, but not too heavy. Oh yeah, and really quick and easy to make! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.
2 14-ounce cans of reduced-sodium chicken broth or begetable broth
1 9-ounce package of tortellini
1/3 of an 8-ounze tub of cream cheese spread with onions and chives
1 10.75 can condensed tomato or tomato bisque soup
chives (optional)
1. In a medium sauce pan bring broth to boil, add totellini, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. In a bowl, whisk 1/3 cup hot broth into cream cheese spread until smooth. Return all to saucepan along with tomato soup, heat through. Top with chives (optional)
makes 4 servings
