how do i post pics in the gallery?

Trying to figure out how to post pictures in the gallery. I'm sure most of you know how. Can't figure it out. This is a pic of my Golden "Zeke" and my retarded cat "Boo" who doesn't know that she is supposed to be afraid of dogs!
