where do solicitations occur?
by Durham Police ICACPublished Jul. 23, 2008
First let me say, I do not know where the extra percentages are, this is taken from a study collected by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Try giving a class to 8th graders where you only account for 99% and see what happens.
Anway, where do online solicitations occur?
70% at home
22% at someone else's home
4% at school
3% at library
Internet
65% in chatrooms
24% in instant messages
What this should tell you is that if everyone took care of their home we could combat over 90% of online solicitation
Also a good video to see from Australia:

I find this a little unaccurate. Childeren have been solicited since the beginning of time. All the internet/computer world does is enhance it. Doing away with it won't stop it.
