how do i get rid of spam messages help please
Published Jul. 23, 2008Hope some one can help me. i keep gettng spam messages and have to delete. How do i stop this ? Getting messages like about track phone and etc.Does any one else have this proablem?

1 - Avoid opening spam e-mail, and NEVER respond to one as it just proves to them you "exist" and then you will receive even more. (Plus you might snag a virus or worm!)
2 - Use a separate throw-away e-mail address for anything that is not important, such as registering new products or services. Save your primary e-mail address for the truly important non-spam stuff, such as financial accounts and similar, and be careful who gets that address as THEIR own address book/computer might be compromised by a virus.
Most of the major ISPs are now very good at trapping spam, but even they can be "tricked."
