trust and faith

For this past week, I have been stressed about a few things (like everyone else hasn't!). I have prayed and thought about how maybe things are as they are to help strengthen my trust in Him.
This morning, I woke up feeling out of sorts and fighting a sinus infection. Today, I lost my "cool" and started to fret. Long story short...I went to the mailbox this evening and in my mail was a small "card" with no return address. I did not recognize the handwritting either. In the card, was a note that was "typed" out that had been signed "friends forever" and a gift card to a grocery store. Right then and there, I bowed my head and I prayed. Prayed for forgivness for not trusting as I should, prayed for the person or persons who were kind and thoughtful, and prayed that I would become a better person who wouldn't worry as much. My daughter stated in child like innocence, " Mom, miracles do happen"!
Even as I type this, I have tears in my eyes. God is so good!!
