heading to the outer banks

Ok...I've been busting my tail at work...my project is still not completed, but my boss pushed my deadline, so I'm not SO short on time.
Tonight, I am leaving it all behind...and starting a week long vacation. Tomorrow, I'm driving (solo) to VA to visit my parents and my brother, who drove down from New Hampshire this weekend. Then on Tuesday, my hubby and I will be going to the Outer Banks to stay with some friends.
I plan to sit on the beach (or at the pool), read my books and relax.
