the real me!

I'm late to these blogs, but hopefully not TOO late!
So, this is the "real" me. I say that in quotes b/c lately, the real me has been in work clothes, pony tail and covered in some form of construction dirt. :-D Must admit, since I hate the business end of a camera, it was hard finding a pic that I was willing to share. I much prefer the operator side of the camera!
My name is Barbara. I have always been very upfront on here about my thoughts and feelings. To know those, read my profile.
I enjoyed meeting some of the wonderful folks at the GOLO Birthday bash! For those who couldn't make it - HERE I AM!!!
PS - Today is the surgery for our uncle. It will be an open cranial surgery to try and repair the aneurism. PLEASE keep him and the family in your thoughts today!

BTW, that is a wonderful picture. If it was a casual shot, the framing and background is outstanding!
Have a good weekend... won't be seeing me, as I stay WAY back behind the camera body myself!
