I love to monkey around - so I'm happy to provide you a picture of my "Outter me" and my "Inner Me". You figure out which is which LOL
I'm a geek at heart or Nerd - which ever you prefer. I love to build my own computers (software issues - not so much), I love playing MMORPGs.
But I also adore being outside. My preference is to be sailing or swimming or fishing (prefer deep sea)
My goal is to retire at 60 and sell my house, by a boat (here is what I want - the Baltic 66)
And yes, my husband doesn't like boats or water, so that means I'll have to hire a bunch of deck hands ... LOL Already got those in mind too (very evil thoughts)
I hate to cook and am not very good at it. I can ruin a recipe in a heart beat even trying to follow it.
I'm in the process of losing weight and getting into shape. I'm up to 148 lbs lost and only 91 more to reach my personal goal. Nothing fancy, I eat up to 90g of protein a day, stay between 130 to 175g of complex carbs (multi grains), zero refined sugars, no sodas at all. I actualy eat what is 1 serving.. nothing more. But I eat 3 meals a day and have 3 snacks (usually a protein shake or protein smoothie at night as 3rd snack). I'm up at 5:30 every morning and am at the gym swimming laps 4 days a week. I walk 5 miles 3 days a week.
My other goal is to be in a marathon training camp by next May and be running in some small marathons by fall of '09.
I'm an avid reader but I can't stand romance... most of them today are porn. I'd rather watch than read porn! I read history books, especially ones on Japanese wars and history. I read science fiction and fantasy also.
I'm also a movie junkie. BIG movie junkie. You can see some of my reviews in my group Mad About Movies (sorry I'm way behind on this !! work has been NUTS)
I'm a music junkie as well. I love going through Amazon's "if you like this... you might like...." for hours sometimes just to find new things. I buy soundtracks for the sole purpose of checking out new matierial and artists. Or even going through Emusic.com
I'm also a political junkie
And does most of the "real me" blogs seem like ads? LOLOL
And last but not least??? I TALK TO MUCH!
