slain mom's daughters in custody of grandparents, sister
Published Jul. 17, 2008"Custody of Nancy Cooper's two daughters has been transferred from her husband to her parents and sister, Cary police announced Thursday. Police have still not named a suspect or person of interest in her murder."
Where are Brad's Parents? These children don't know these people very well. They live in Canada. The children need to be with someone the know well. Bard may be guilty but if he isn't those children need their dad right now. And if he is his parents didn't have anything to do with it. If the children know his parents better they should go to them.

Yea. They went out of their way in the custody petition to stress that much of what they were alleging was information and belief. That's a complicated way of saying "as far as we know, it's true, but don't hold us to it."
In other words, they covered their behinds, he wasn't present to counter any of the claims they were making and the attorney they picked is a former family court judge well situated to select a friendly currently sitting judge to ram the complaint through the process.

What I do find interesting is that, for people who are so overwhelmingly concerned and involved now, they don't seem to have done much to have gotten involved prior to her death.
I almost have to wonder if this course of action wasn't suggested by someone else interested in applying pressure to this man in order to obtain information.

Everybody seems to be reaching all sorts of unfounded conclusions about these people based on what they want them to be and how they have prejudged the case in their minds.
All I said, I repeat all, was that in my own opinion, it's a tad voyeuristic and paparazzish to be doing that sort of thing.

Part of being a human involves putting yourself in someone else's place to imagine what they might be thinking or feeling in a situation such as this. This is not a "famous" person, but a regular person...so we all feel that maybe this could've been our neighbor, our sister, or ourselves....
I see no inappropriate "feelings" on this post.

Don't even bother with that innuendo garbage. This is the only ID I've ever had or ever intend to have.
