Hey everyone in Gololand...Anybody out there who does crafts???  I started a group for those of us who do.  I figured that we could help to insprire each other with the things that we create!!  Come join the fun!!

Don't know if it counts as a craft, but I do pencil portraits. And not trying to blow my own horn, but I'm good. I even taught portrait drawing at Wake Tech. I don't have as much time to do it any more as I would like. I did enjoy teaching, but would rather do it one on one if anyone is interested. You don't have to be able to draw, I'll teach you all you need to know.

We have so many fleece blankets in my house!! I was able to cover all the plants in my flowerbeds with them when we had that late frost earlier this year. My MIL thinks we are going to be cold or something. :)

Okay- I'm back. Had to go stare for a moment. I do love crafts. Come October/November I am in full blanket making mood. I look for fleece all year. May is the best time to buy Christmas panels in fleece as they are marked WAY down to ridiculously low prices. I STOCK UP!!! I think I still have 3 Thomas Kinkade panels left over from last year. Plus I bought 7 or 8 snowman and santa panels this past May. The blankets are so warm and the fleece holds up so well!

I make rag blankets, crotchet, crossstich. I also love Tom Selleck and see a pic of him by another post... gotta go...

I like to think of myself as crafty however, I'm not even close to being gifted at it like my mother is. Count me in.
