Published Jul. 8, 2008I have been on GOLO now for 10 months i guess and it has really made me realize that the two biggest whiners are republicans and racists (all colors).
Those two are not one in the same - you can be a republican and not a racist and you can be a racist and not a republican.
You can also pick your nose and you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your friends nose

Boy, I get sick of lying, hate mongering, idiots that resort to semantics in order hide their lack of logic. So, when judge rules, it’s magically sanctified, but when a jury does it, suddenly it carries no weight? Ah hypocrisy, it’s not just for breakfast anymore.
And of course, as was pointed out by lawyers, the “person”, the “intent”, and who’s “sexual desire” could have been subjective. But I’m sure you know this, and as demonstrated in other golo blogs, honesty is not your strong suit.
Oh I think Clinton was definitely being dishonest, but a case could still be made for subjective interpretation. Of course the final judge disagreed, but that doesn’t make it fact just because you agree with it.

Okay, once again, here is the definition of sexual relations from the deposition of William Jefferson Clinton:
"For the purposes of this deposition, a person engages in "sexual relations" when the person knowingly engages in or causes . . . contact with the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks of any person with an intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person . . . . "Contact" means intentional touching, either directly or through clothing."

I’ve NEVER been on that website, idiot. A judge also declared OJ Simpson as not guilty. Believe that, do you? By the definition put form by the lawyers, and modified by Wright, Clinton could very well claim he didn’t have “sexual relations”. Misleading, but it could be factually correct because of the ambiguity and interpretation.
Why do you and your god spooks go pester someone else.

Your statement reminded me that I heard on the news last night that OBAMA is proposing ANOTHER little money giveaway to the "citizens", or maybe it said "taxpayers", to help with "expenses" such as gas, food, etc. since they are so high right now!!!!!!!!!!! Did I hear that correctly??? OMG. What did all the "citizens" do with their little giveaway "stimulus" just received, courtesy of Bush?? Hey Obama, can we do this on a monthly basis soon?????????? You taking up where Bush left off????

The "law" doesn't define it, the judge defined it in the terms of the deposition and both sides areed to it. And, as the Judge found, Clinton lied about it. The cite is Jones v. Clinton, 36 F.Supp2d 1118.
Look it up, read it and stop getting your "facts" from moveon.org.
