Hey everyone!
I finally got more pics up on the site last night, so check it out if you haven't yet. I couldn't believe it had been a week since I had posted stuff, sorry about that! I'll try to stay on top of it better.
We've had some cool experiences, not the least of which was seeing the Grand Canyon and camping close by. Check out the blogs tab if you haven't done so yet, the kids write pretty detailed accouts of our experiences much better than I can.
My classes are going reasonably well so far, although I feel like all I do now is graduate work and don't get to participate in the actual voting drives much or any of the fun the kids have in the evenings. But I keep telling myself it will be worth it in the long run!
I'm adding a few news coverage links....I don't remember exactly which ones I have sent, so I apologize if any of these are duplicates. We actually had possibly our best story done in Las Vegas this evening, it's the last link. Thanks Angel for searching out the story links and sending them to me so I don't have to spend time searching myself!

(This is the transcript of the Las Vegas one from tonight...they don't seem to have the video posted on the site yet, hopefully they will do that later because it was a good story!)
We had some van trouble today...the radiator started leaking (again.) Luckily there was a good mechanic in the same plaza as the Fleet Feet so I took it in. Turns out we have to have the radiator replaced completely! Aaaaarrrrgh! The good news is that they did give us a little bit of a discount, and the mechanic stayed late after closing tonight and is coming in an hour early tomorrow to get it fixed and us on the road at a reasonable hour so we can make our appointment tomorrow to set up on the Santa Monica pier! We think that's going to be a big day, we will have access to lots of people there.
The kids are doing great, although everyone's getting a little homesick I think! Time for bed for me, hugs and kisses to everyone and I hope your summer is fun and relaxing so far!

They had a problem with their van and cost a lot to have it repaired and a big chunk out of their funds but back on schedule.
