WHY FISHING MATES ARE BETTER THAN WOMEN
1. you can enjoy a fishing mate's company all month long.
2. Fishing stains wash out.
3.You don't have to wine and dine fishing mates.
4. Your fishing mates will always wait patiently for you in the car while you play baseball.
5. When your fishing mate gets boring, you come home.
6. Hangovers go away.
7. Fishing mates are never late.
8. When you go to a bar, you know you can always pick up a fishing mate.
9. Fishing mates never get a headache.
10. After you've been fishing, you don't need to give the boat a cuddle.
11. A fishing mate won't get upset if you have another fishing mate sometimes.
12. You can catch more than one fish a night and not feel guilty.
13. You can share a fishing mate with your friends.
14. You always know you're the first one to catch a fish.
15. Fishing mates don't demand equality.
16. If you change from fishing to another hobby you don't have to pay alimony.
17. A fishing mate doesn't care how long your rod is.

We spend lots of time at Lake Gaston during the summer. We enjoy fishing and the kids are becoming quite the fishers as well. My son ALWAYS catches at least a 5lb every time we're there!
