tools for tracking weightloss

I came across this the other day while looking for tools to aid me in my weight loss goals. I have already started using it and will keep you posted in my progress. For those of you who choose to use it, let me know what you think. It is in excel and you just insert your numbers into the spaces, keeping in mind you should weigh yourself daily at the same time everyday- but not stress about the numbers, it is only for charting purposes. Here are the two sites I found extremely helpful.
On the first site, calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and calculate your activity levels. On the second site, download the weight-tracker.xls , and replace the data that is on it, with your own data... If you have any questions on how to do it, let me know and I will help you as best as I can!

Trick for those "munchies"? eat foods high in protein and high in fiber. Both fill you up faster so you eat less of it, plus they keep you filled longer so you snack less. This has worked very well for me in my adventures.
