always listen to mom: cub bear on lose in nj

Watching MSNBC this morning with my tracked out little one. She saw where a cub bear was on the lose in NJ and wanted to know what he was looking for.
I explained to her, that he was looking for his Mommy. My little one felt bad that the cub was lost and couldn't find his mommy.
Perfect time to insert, a slam dunk lesson here!
I told her, yes I would imagine the cub is really sad, and so is his mommy. I asked her did she understand now Mommies and Daddies set rules for their children? I explained we did not set rules to be mean and not let children do what they want to do, but to protect them from getting lost and hurt.
I told her, I bet that Mommy Bear told her little cub to stay next to her, and the little cub didn't listen and wandered off for his own adventure, and now like in the Nemo movie he is lost and can't find his Mommy.
So for all the little Goloers out there. The moral of this story is always listen to Mommy and Daddy, because sometimes we actually know what we are talking about. We even understand that with your vast 6 to 10 years of experience on earth that you may know everything, however, even though we have been here longer, and have experienced a little more of life than you. We love you little me's and just want to keep you safe and happy!
