nc gov. easley worried about slowing revenues
Published Jun. 28, 2008Gov. Mike Easley, seeking cost savings to head off a potential revenue shortfall in the coming fiscal year, urged Democratic legislative leaders Friday to consider scrapping some agreed-upon tax relief and spend less on state employee salaries.
My heart be still! The first words out of His Highness's mouth is "kill the tax relief".
Who would have ever guessed!!! Typical Demo

"...we pay the highest gas tax in the southeast, the state dems are as corrupt as can be (Wright, Phipps, Black, Ballance), the gov. takes an extravagant trip on our dime, & wants us to think he cares. I think the emperor has no clothes."
The deamoncrats are not corrupt. Why in our county, Harnett, there are more of theem in the cemetery who are still actively voting than any other county in the state.
Here we bury them 12 (twelve) feet deep 'cause deep down they are good people.

Don't hang me now!!!
The worst things that could have ever happened to education (1)Intergrating the schools LIKE HAPPENED. The kids should not havae been intergrated FIRST. My thoughts are that the teachers should have been moved at leas two years before the kids were. Let the teachers adjust first. (2) HIring of teachers's aides. If the teachers needed more help way back when this program started, get more teachers.
OK ready for the noose.
