two new e-mail notification options

Good Morning GOLO:
Picking up from yesterday, Rusty is still hard at work enhancing our offerings and has just added two new e-mail features.
You now have the option of receiving an e-mail every time you get a new group invitation and friend request.
These features can be accessed and changed via your profile page, so if you'd like to make changes, simply click "edit profile" and scroll down until you see the e-mail options and select your choices.
