great deal on glasses! save money!
Published Jun. 17, 2008Sears is offering, through June 28th, their regular $99 special on frames and lenses (this INCLUDES no-line bifocals) and a 50% reduction on upgrades and treatments (anti-glare coatings, etc.)
I took my prescription there to see what it would cost me. Now, my prescription is complicated and I ALWAYS have to pay more than the average person. I chose new frames for my regular glasses and looked at sunglasses (which I haven’t worn in decades), thinking I’d like to have them, but it would probably be way beyond my budget. The glasses I chose would have no-line bifocals and an anti-glare coating.
Well, when the costs were added up, the price was LESS for both glasses and sunglasses than what I paid for just one pair last year! The price was $308.99 for TWO pairs versus the $331 it cost me at another retailer in 2007.
The salesperson (Lisa) was excellent, very patient, and honest in her opinion of how the glasses looked on me. She gave me the time and space I needed to make my decisions and she seemed as pleased with my choices as I was!
As she was entering my information into the computer, Lisa showed me what the regular price would have been without the special and discounts – almost $1000! I am SO happy to find a place where the service is terrific and I’m not paying an arm and a leg for something (glasses) so essential to my life.
If you need glasses, HURRY to take advantage of this offer! Through June 28 th.
