The other night I was getting ready to call it a day. I went out on the front porch to call the cat inside. I got her in but stayed on the porch for a while. It was a nice evening, almost 10pm. The wind was ruslting the leaves on the oak tree in the front yard, the neighborhood was dead quiet. I was just standing there enjoying the moment when all of a sudden FLASH!! a lighning bug had snuck up on me and decided to flash about two inches from my nose! It scared the living daylights out of me. After I got my composure back and was sure I didn't need to go change, I sat out there and laughed at myself. If anyone saw me, they surely musta thought I'd lost my mind!
