The one person the democrats are terrified of. Sarah Palin is the highly popular Govenor of Alaska. Sarah is touted as being the best choice for Mccain to serve as vice-president. She is 44 years old and a life-time member of the NRA. She has several teenage children and recently gave birth to a little boy who was diagnosed with Downs Sydrome. 3 days later she was back in office. She is a strong advocate of childrens issues. Not only is she a devout Christian, she is a former beauty queen who is married to an Alaskan commercial fisherman. She has a son in the U.S. Military.
I just read several left wing articles describing the threat this woman poses to Obama. There is a quiet alarm being sounded. If this woman is put on the ticket to serve as Mccains Vice-President, The democrats need to be afraid, very afraid!

First, Ladyblue, you are sorely mistaken. Our wonderful Governor enjoys an 86% approval rating amongst Alaskans, who by the way, are mostly very conservative!! Of those 86%, 75% STRONGLY SUPPORT her!! SHE is the ONLY reason we may get oil and natural gas out of the ground and off the north slope! She has, almost singlehandedly, spurred this whole process that will get our oil moving. So she has smoked pot, so has probably 70% of the US population. Alaskans do not see it as a "legalize pot" issue. It is just that our law enforcement has MUCH more important things to do that bust people for smoking it....and our Constitution recognizes and addresses that. Unfortunately for the United States, I do not believe she would abandon us for any reason, especailly to be a running mate of anyone in Washington. Sorry

First I hate liberals, so don't jump to judgement and call me one. Second. I am not afraid of her. Quite frankly I wouldn't care if a monkey ran this country as long as they get it right. This country needs serious leadership and I don't think a hoochie from Alaska is the answer. That's just my opinion. You asked in your blog and I replied. I don't think she's the answer to pull up McCain and poor McCain needs all the help with his suspenders he can get. I can't see where she h elped alaska with their oil crisis and she's sitting on it..............

So are you one of those men who blames the wives for every time they have to step out and dig in another gardien.. That's the old rhetoric of "if you took care of your man" BS ...just like this woman. She's just not what this country needs. A pot smoking, believing in legalizing pot, hippie chic that Yokon worships because she wants to legalize pot. She's had controversial images taken of her that could pass for porn but I see all of those websites are being taken down. So it seems they are cleaning up the webs then it may just be they are planning on putting her on the list. Just shows how dam* sorry this country has gotten in it's leadership...........

What controversy? Most people have never heard of her. I think a fresh new face is what we need. Obama and Hillary does not have controversy? If Hillary would have taken care of her man, he would not have needed to step out on her with Monica Lewinsky and the numerous other women he is rumored to have had "sexual relations" with.

This does not impress me. She should have been with her child more. Also I think we have had enough darn foolishness in this election. With all the controversy that runs with this woman I don't want her in charge of me let alone the USA.
