wake co. plans dwi checkpoint
Published May. 31, 2008At an undisclosed location Saturday evening, Wake County Sheriff’s deputies will set their sights on stopping those who drink and drive.
So...It would seem as long as we violate everyones constitutional rights against searches without probable cause, it's OK?
" There's been reports of speeding..."
...so we'll do an illegal checkpoint?

Ah! So the secret to being able to detain and question someone without probable cause, is to do it quickly!

Great! Let's do this at shopping malls too. Think of the people with drugs and warrants you could find there, if you frisked people , put the drug dogs on them, and ran warrant checks! Bet you'd love that!! Line em up! Der papers please!!

Better yet, search and scan EVERYONE at WalMart! Never mind the 4th Amendment, it's like SO old fashioned!
