I know this was already posted by Patrick, but I simply couldn't overcome the urge to do it again. Chip has made it to the SUMMIT!!! After months and months of preparations and climbing, Chip and his friend, Vance, finally reached their destination last night. They climbed down as far as their weary bodies would take them, hopefully at Camp 2 or lower, and collapsed into an exhausted but triumphant sleep. Even as you read this, they're heading back down. Since Chip is probably completely worn out, he hasn't been able to post anything yet, though you can be sure that when he does, you'll hear about it. Thank you for reading and a million congratulations to Chip!
