oh, yea. He was the pretty boy cad in the 1940 movie "Kitty Foyle"...Ginger Rogers was the female lead and she won the best actress academy award for the role. That was one of those movies you can't forget (but would like to).

Dennis Morgan was one of the great orginial "Irish tenors" of the silver screen. He did quite a few war movies in the 40's, God is My Co-Pilot is another one. My favorite of his is Christmas in Conneticut with Barbara Stanwick. He plays the soldier that comes to her "made-up farm" for the Xmas holiday.
