your worst experience at fast food

Okay, So I've worked fast food before and It's really not a hard job. I think MOST of the problems arise today because alot of the workers lack the proper language to deal with a mostly english speaking population. NOT racist, just a fact.
Okay so here's my story.
One afternoon I was running errands with my daughter. I decided to go thru Mcd's and get 3 things off the dollar menu that her and I could share. So I order a cheeseburger, small fries and a small drink.
I get to the window and the girl hands me the bag and doesn't even say thank you. I ALWAYS check my food. I was like excuse me this isn't my food. She's like you ordered this. I was like no ma'am I didn't, I repeated my order. She takes the bag, She then brings it back, THE SAME BAG without fries and walks away. Im like EXCUSE me, she comes back and Im like okay lets try this again and I repeated my order and she's looking at me like I just swallowed a dang fly.
She tries a THIRD TIME and still screws it up. Im like you need to get your manager and give me my food correctly( I didnt want what she was trying to give me, it was someone elses food, like a big combo ).
So The manager comes to the window and says how can I help you? Im like first of all just get A SIMPLE order right man, cheeseburger, fries and a drink. 2nd of all, the girl handed me the same bag trying to switch food out of it three different times, THE JOB ISNT THAT HARD, I know it's not from experience in the past.
He apologizes like he really cares @@ and then gets my food. He's like anything else ? Im like yes maybe mcdonalds need to change their slogan to we'll agitate the h*** out of you cause we love to see you smile isnt working.
Workers were mexican and manager indian, communication must be heck.
Speaking of Mcdonalds. I applied at a local mcdonalds just part time for some extra cash ( working nights after the kids are in bed ) the african american manager said I would be perfect cause i scored perfect on the little customer service quiz you have to take. She asked where my hubby worked and I told her. She never called me back.
One month later I went up there and I was like I want the number for your regional and district managers, another manager working the dayshift is like why. Im like I was told I would be perfect to work here at nights until I told the other girl where my husband worked and I see you have about 5 new workers, non white, Im going to sue you. Basically she didn't bother to call me cause my hubby works out at RTP but guess what ? that doesnt mean we are millionaires.
Yes I have called both regional and district managers, waiting for some call backs now.
