muddy blary reshipee for elcid
Published May. 13, 2008After a few of these, you actually will see God, elcid.
This is a recipe I posted a while back:
In a highball glass:
2 oz vodka
2 oz Clamato juice
2 oz V-8 (I like the hot 'n spicy but regular is fine too)
Few dashes of Lea and Perrins' "Whatsthishere" sauce
Few dashes of Louisiana hot sauce
3-5 drops of tabasco sauce
Dallop (1/3 tsp) hot horseradish (don't use the creamstyle or it won't dissolve)
Wedge of lime, well squeezed
Several dashes of crazy salt ("Jane's Crazy Mixed up Salt")
Few dashes of Old Bay
Some fresh ground pepper
Garnish with a cajun spicy bean (I get these online from the Tabasco Country Store)
Stir well and set in fridge for about 10 min to chill glass and let the flavors get together.
Ice it down and enjoy!
