Published May. 12, 2008Just curious whether anyone has received one yet.
Mine was supposed to be direct-deposited last week, and there's still no sign of it.

My father-in-law got 300. He has no income he is on social security. Not sure if there are other reasons why people only got 300.

illegals - I owed federal, and paid w/ a mailed in check and still had my stimulus check direct deposited last Friday. It depends on how you fill out the forms.

Having said that, I paid my taxes, mailed it in and filled out that section of the form. They cashed my check and it posted on April 4th.
I was scheduled to get my check on the 9th (last Friday), but I know how electronic deposits work. I was going to wait and see if it posts tomorrow or Wed. If not, then I won't worry and just wait and get the check mailed sometime in Mid-june

IT specifically stated that if you are paying your taxes this year, to make SURE to fill out the "direct deposit" section anyway. If you do that, then your stimulus check would be direct deposited into the account you designated on that form.
