Published May. 12, 2008I've just bought a house and in the back yard there are many roots above ground. The yard part doesn't bother me but there are serveral that run along the foundation. Any ideas on the best way to remove these??

Note!! after grinding the stump and covering with topsoil and grass you are not done yet. In about three to five years you will begin to develope sink holes where the stumps and roots used to be, due to rotting.
I have them in my yard from past Hurricanes.
