I donot BELIEVE vaccines ALONE cause autism period. I think some children have a weaker immune system that might react badly with the vaccines.
I truly believe autism IS NOT caused by vaccines. I think environmental and genetic factors play a role. Go online and take an autism quiz on yourself, you will find that alot of you will have several traits BUT what makes YOU not have it ? Maybe the genetic code of your family but maybe somewhere down the line that gene mutates or is weak and then wham it's succeptable ( sp ? ) to become an autistic gene.
My son has never had a shot with mercury based chemicals and he has asd ( austism spectrum disorder ) GOD choose him to be this way and he's pretty amazing. The reason people want to blame the vaccine companies cause they want someone to blame for their pain and their childs pain. WE dont need a cure, just prevention.
to those of you who think having a child with autism must be a burden or distressing, its not at least not for me and family and friends. yes in the beginning it was distressing cause all we had to base autism off was rainman the movie.
My son is one of the most caring, kind and loving people on this planet and is smart beyond belief. I know we are blessed he's not in the middle of the road or severe but GOD put these kids here for a reason and maybe it's to teach the world about true love and kindness.
I think parents want to hold someone accountable for what's happened to their family and YES IT Does have far reaching effects through family and friends and yes even losing some friends cause they are afraid ( there lose not mine )
IF it actually did cause autism and they admitted it, the lawsuits would cause major bankruptcies with these drug companies and the costs of insurance and medication would soar.
It is what is is, cry, scream, teach your children, love them and cherish them
