my mother's day card

Happy Mother's Day to all of you fabulous women out there!
I had to steal a minute from my day to share one of the Mother's Day Cards I received today. It is from my 7 1/2-year-old daughter. She used the word mother and created a word for each letter that describes me. It's hilarious. Bear with me.
M Magnificent
O Outstanding
T Tall
H Has black hair
E Eddie Murphy (no your eyes are not deceiving you)
R Really pretty
When asked about Eddie Murphy, she said that she knows how much I like Eddie Murphy. Actually, she likes a lot of movies that Eddie Murphy stars in, (Shrek movies, Dr. Doolitele, Daddy Day Care, etc...) but somehow it turned into ME liking Eddie Murphy.
This is a keepsake for sure. I had to share.

That is the cutest card ever! I'm not a mother but I got a Momma Day card from my nephew and it brought tears to my eyes. It read something like, Aunts are like mothers, but they let you get away with more stuff than mothers. And he ain't ever lied. I always try to protect him from getting into trouble with his mother, my sister. I hope you had a great Mother's Day yesterday.

It read: Happy Mother's Day! I love you. I can see Mike's dirty knees. (Mike is my older brother)
Hahahahahaha! It makes me laugh knowing that I was sitting in school, making a card for my mother and thinking about such a thing.

M is for the many things she gave me. O is for the other things she gave me. T is for the thousands of things she gave me. H is for the hundreds of things she gave me. E is for everything she gave me. R is for the rest of the things she gave me.
Each was illustrated with an absolutely hilarious pciture.
If my house caught fire I would run to get the box holding that card before I left the house. I couldn't bear to lose it. I know you feel the same way about your daughter's.
