attention, please...

Published May. 11, 2008

If you are fortunate enough to be able to tell your Mom how much you love her and appreciate her, please do that today!  I am unable to do that. I had to go to the cemetary, balloons in hand, to be able to wish my Mom a Happy Mother's Day. I did talk to her, but she was not there. All I could do was put balloons on a memorial for her. Please don't take anything for granted. None of us are promised tomorrow. Only God knows what tomorrow will bring. Don't fight, always say "I Love You" and do all you can for your loved ones - whether you want to or not. Just do it.

Happy Mother's Day!

I WOULD BUT until my mother apologizes or calling me a drug addicted hore ( WHICH I AM NOT ) it will never happen. long story, she was mad cause I advised my younger sister that her running away WAS NOT RIGHT and come to find out my mother encouraged her to do it

I hear ya. Sitting here watching the soap opera channel with her now. (that's right I'll do anything for my mom)...

Yes Godbless your mother does live in your heart.I was blessed to have my mom to day but i fear each year as she is getting on in age will she be here next year.If i could and she would let me i would hold her in my arms every day.

My mother lives within my heart and soul all the time, I'll miss her every day for the rest of my life.

Godbless I hope you can remember these special people w/o letting it ruin your day.I doubt they would want that.If I let everday that I know when someone passed I would crawled up in a corner.Let's see...My Dad,My 2 Uncles,My childrens father,My granparents,7 High School Friends,Oh and my Very own child.

You are welcome...I see so many people take things for granted just because they don't think! As a matter of fact...tomorrow is my niece's birthday. She would have been 26. Tracy died at the tender age of 12 from cancer. So tomorrow will be yet another rough day.

Thanks for telling us how to care for our Mom's.I try to show mine everyday.Well tell her atleast.

Wonder...that is sad. I'm sorry. At least I was fortunate enough to have had my Mama in my life. Do you know anything at all about her?

My mother is still alive as far as I know. I don't know her. She abandoned me and my brother when I was 3 years old and gave up visitation to us. So I have nothing to say to her. But I think I will go put some flowers on my Grandma's grave. She is buried on the other side of my Daddy.

That's right nc baby... If your parents and especially your mom is living you need to show her everyday how much you love and appreciate her. Mine died in 1978 and there are still days it seems like yesterday.......Have no grands nor parents these holidays are celebrated by me for the other's who do. I celebrate along with you.....Mine will always be living in my heart...and I miss her.....Especially now that she's gone....Sheba your story is sad as well.......
