good morning, it's going to be a "greyt" day!

I wanted to say a blanket "Good Morning" to all my GOLO friends AND give you all a BIG (((HUG))).
-AND- I wanted to shout from the roof tops because the cutie pictured in this blog comes home permanently today. Though I won't see him until 5:30 PM when I get home from work. :-(
The other grey we talked about "Silky" did not work out, but Duncan's Foster Mom already has her eye on another male grey that's in a foster home. She's going to talk to my hubby about him today.
I'll keep you updated.

Most greyhounds do not have hair on the back of their legs because it rubs off in the cages where they are "stored" (and I mean "stored"). They are in the small cages all the time and are only let out 3 or 4 times a day for potty, food, and racing.
The hair may grow back (it did on my other 2), but it will take a couple years of good nutrition and comfy beds... :-)
