THE CIRCLE OF FRIENDS
We meet on-line to have a great time …
We laugh and we giggle and smile at our screens,
We sit back and wonder what this all means
We surf GOLO, we visit each blog
We attend parties and meet in bars,
All this without needing a car.
We watch conversations flowing on our screen,
We tell jokes and stories and know what they mean.
What are we looking for? Where’s the attraction?
How can we do this and get satisfaction?
Who are we? Why are we here?
We are “the Circle of Friends” made from a chain.
We are here because friendship is what we gain!
Born on-line formed by few,
We had no idea just what to do.
So we are linking our pages, first one then two,
And wonder where we’ll end up when we are through.
The Circle will spread, like a Kudzu vine,
It will breathe and whisper like the winds of time.
We are the Circle of Friends, made from a chain,
All of our motives are exactly the same.
Searching for friendships all over the lands.
Linking our pages is like holding hands.
We are “the Circle of Friends”
As promised this blog is dedicated to BlaBhah my sister of the Heart who was the first to welcome me to GOLO
I feel blessed to have meet so many nice people here. I was not sure what to expect when I joined GOLO … but to my surprise I found friendships that will span the test of time.
I treasure you all …thank you for making my days brighter.

Sis, thank you. We certainly have had some great talks and deep laughs since our meet on Golo. Each day I look forward to chatting with you...
I love people but am reluctant to associate with many in real life. Been stabbed way too many times. I came to WRAL.com to keep abreast of NC news. When NM showed me golo, I decided to give it a try.
Now I feel as if I have so many friends, some moreso than others. You have been completely truthful with me. Most certainly the kind of person I would love to know in real life.
We ARE sisters of the heart. We have been close from day one.
