man exposes self to kids on bus

"Fayetteville, N.C. — Cumberland County Sheriff’s deputies charged a Fayetteville man with indecent exposure Monday.
Lyndon Bruce McLean, 44, of 5109 Flatrock Drive, was arrested after he allegedly stood along Ramsey Street, unzipped his pants and exposed his private parts to students on a school bus.
Witnesses said he has done this on numerous occasions over the past month, and they have spoken to McLean about his behavior, authorities said.
On Monday, an assistant principal with the Cumberland County School system and a sheriff’s deputy waited for McLean to see if he would return to the area.
Investigators said McLean, once again, exposed himself to students on the bus as it traveled along Ramsey Street to Pine Forest High School.
McLean was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center where he was being held under a $500 secured bond."
Not only is this guy disgusting....but people knew he was doing this on numerous occassions and they figured they should just 'talk' to him about his behavior for over a month??

This is not typical behavior for someone that would be considered a “normal” sexual deviant. I doubt if it really has a sexual base.
I think that we have not heard the full story.
Base on absolutely NO information, I expect that this person is mentally challenged – that’s the PC version of “crazy in the head”.
I once knew such a person – I understand that he had been in a bad car wreck – that would go out in front of his house and lay down in the ditch beside the road. He lived in the country, strangely enough, near Fayetteville. Eventually, some poor smuck (like ME) would drive by and see a “body” in the ditch and call the Law.
He was strange and definitely needed a keeper. But he was harmless. Well, maybe.
I would like to hear more details so that I can stop speculating ....
